Membership Policies

Automatic Billing Policy

  • Billing Date: Monthly tuition is automatically billed on the 1st of each month.
  • Card on File Requirement: Must keep an active card on file

Annual Registration Policy

  • Automatic Billing: Your account will be automatically billed an annual registration fee every 12 months for each active swimmer.
  • Non-Refundable: The annual registration fee is non-refundable

Drop Policy

  • 30-day Notice Requirement: Members must provide a 30-day notice to drop a class or membership by submitting the official drop form through our website.
  • No Other Methods Accepted: Drop requests made via email, phone call, app, or by informing a staff member directly will not be accepted.
  • Membership Pause: To pause your membership, you must also submit a drop form following the same process.
  • Tuition Responsibility: You are responsible for tuition payments, regardless of attendance, until the drop form is submitted and the 30-day notice period has been fulfilled.

Make-Up Policy

  • Monthly Make-Up Allowance: Each member is entitled to 1 make-up class per month per enrollment. Example – If enrolled in twice-a-week lessons, you will receive 2 make-up tokens per month.
  • Reporting Absences: To qualify for a make-up class, you must report the absence through the iClass app.
  • Scheduling Make-Up Classes: Make-up classes can be scheduled ONLY after missing the original class.
  • Expiration of Make-Up Tokens: Each make-up token expires 30 days from the date of issue and Once a make-up class is scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled.
  • Online Only Scheduling: All make-up classes must be scheduled through the online parent portal after the original class is missed.
  • No Monetary Value: Make-up tokens do not have any monetary value and cannot be used as credit or refunded if not used.
  • Active Members Only: Make-up tokens are only available to active members. If your membership becomes inactive, any unused make-up tokens will be immediately canceled. Make-up tokens are exclusively a benefit for active members.

10-Minute Early Check-In Policy

To ensure a FINtastic experience for all, we ask that members check in at least 10 minutes before their lesson start time.

Diaper Policy

For the safety and hygiene of all swimmers, any child who is not fully potty-trained MUST wear two layers of swim diapers while in the pool. The first layer MUST be a disposable swim diaper, and the second layer MUST be a reusable, non-disposable swim diaper. If your swimmer does not have both layers, our staff will ask you to reschedule the lesson as a makeup session.
IMPORTANT: Failure to adhere to this policy may result in a “Code Brown” incident, which will require us to shut down the pool for cleaning- a $350 fine will be applied to cover the costs of sanitation and lost operational time.

5th Week Policy

Each FINtastic member receives 4 lessons per month, with one lesson per week per enrollment. The first 4 weeks of each month will have scheduled lessons. In months that contain a 5th week, no lessons will be held during that additional week, and the swim academy will be closed. Please check our calendar, app, and social media to stay informed about the specific dates of the 5th week of each month.
