FINTASTIC Swim Coach

At FINTASTIC Swim Academy, we are dedicated to creating a fun, supportive, and dynamic learning environment where children develop essential water safety and swimming skills. Our coaches are the heart of our program, helping swimmers build confidence while ensuring a positive and engaging experience in every lesson.

What You’ll Do
- Learn our FINTASTIC teaching methods through hands-on training with experienced mentors.
- Build meaningful relationships with students by celebrating their progress and achievements.
- Teach scheduled lessons in a structured, engaging, and fun environment, including evening and weekend shifts.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure environment for students and staff.
- Stay active! This role involves standing, moving on deck, entering the water, and occasionally lifting students and equipment.
Who We Teach
Our structured swim program serves various age groups and skill levels:
- Babies & Toddlers (2 months – 36 months)
- Kids (3+ years old)
- Competitive Swim Prep
- Adults (16+ years old)
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive hourly pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
